Shipping and Handling
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
Sorry, personal checks, money orders and C.O.D orders cannot be accepted.
If you order a species that is unavailable or sold out, we will contact you as soon as possible. We do not
substitute plant varieties unless instructed to do so by the customer. Plants become the property of the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. We cannot be
responsible for delays, damage, or loss in transit. Any claims should be filed immediately with the carrier. Keep the plants and the shipping container.
We ship all orders via UPS Ground and therefore, must have a physical street address. A charge of 10% of the order total before taxes will be added for shipping.
Sales Tax - NJ RESIDENTS: We are a New Jersey business and are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within New Jersey. A 7%
sales tax will be added to the total order cost.
Delivery: You may select a delivery date for your order by entering a date in the box marked 'Preferred Delivery Date'
When doing so, remember that we cannot control Mother Nature or carrier shipping times. Add a few extra days if you absolutely must have your plants by a certain date.
For those of you who have greenhouses or who simply prefer it, we will ship plants earlier than we would otherwise consider seasonable in your area.ᅠᅠ Reflect your early shipment preference by
selecting a delivery date in the box marked 'Preferred Delivery Date.'
If you do not select a delivery date for your order, we will ship your order based on the best time of year to plant the species you have selected. For example, Orders received past the safe Spring shipping season will be
automatically deferred to the Fall shipping season.
