Guarantee
We guarantee our plants to be well-rooted, healthy, and true to name. If
there is a problem upon receipt of your order, please notify us immediately for
a prompt resolution. If a loss is reported to us within 30 days of the plant's
receipt and proper care has been taken, we will replace it or issue a credit for
the price of the plant. Plant replacement or cost crediting is at our
discretion.
Proper handling and transplanting of stock is the customer s responsibility.
We do not warrant conditions beyond our control, such as extreme heat or cold,
lack of water, abuse, or neglect. We cannot be responsible for the future growth
of the plant after leaving the nursery, as local environmental conditions affect
the plant s health.
